How Pricing Works

Surface-Area Based

Sense pricing scales by venue size (square footage) and event duration. Larger spaces require more sensors; longer events require extended support. Simple, predictable, fair.

Example: A 10,000 sq ft venue for a 2-day conference will cost less than a 50,000 sq ft venue for a week-long festival. No surprises.

No Consumption Traps

We don't charge per attendee, per interaction, per data point, or per dashboard view. Your pricing is fixed based on deployment scope—not on how much the event succeeds.

Why this matters: With consumption-based pricing, a successful event (high attendance, lots of engagement) costs more. That's backwards. We charge for infrastructure, not for your success.

No Hidden Fees

What you're quoted is what you pay. No setup fees, no data export fees, no per-user fees, no "premium support" upsells. Everything is included.

Pricing FAQ

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or educational institutions?

Yes. We offer reduced pricing for verified nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and civic/cultural events. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

What if my event is smaller or larger than expected?

Pricing is based on venue size (fixed) and event duration (fixed), not on attendee count or engagement levels. If your event is wildly successful or unexpectedly quiet, your price doesn't change. You're paying for infrastructure, not outcomes.

Can I purchase hardware instead of renting?

Yes. For clients running multiple events or permanent installations, purchasing hardware often makes more sense than repeated rentals. We offer both options— you choose what works for your budget and use case.

Are there cancellation fees?

No cancellation fees if you cancel more than 14 days before deployment. Within 14 days, we charge 50% to cover committed hardware and logistics. Day-of cancellations are charged at 100%. This is standard for event infrastructure services.
